By accessing or using our website, billing panel, Discord server, ticket system, hosting infrastructure, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
BrickHosting.org is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, TeamSpeak Systems GmbH, the Mumble Project, or any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
BrickHosting.org provides managed hosting and infrastructure services, which may include:
Voice hosting
Game server hosting
Application hosting
Containerized workloads
Related infrastructure services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Maintaining the security of your login credentials
Renewing services before their due date
Backing up your own data unless explicitly stated otherwise
Failure to renew services may result in suspension or permanent termination.
We currently accept payments only through:
Venmo
Cash App
Payments must be made through our official Discord ticket system or approved web ticket system.
Payment must be received before service activation unless otherwise agreed.
All sales are final.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.
Sending payment outside official channels may result in non-activation of services.
Due to the digital and provisioned nature of hosting services:
All payments are final and non-refundable unless approved at our sole discretion.
Violations of these Terms void any refund eligibility.
Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in permanent service termination.
You agree not to:
Use the Services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Attempt DDoS attacks, network abuse, or infrastructure exploitation
Bypass authentication or security systems
Reverse engineer proprietary systems or configurations
Resell services without written authorization
Impersonate BrickHosting staff
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for violations.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
Your activity threatens platform stability or security
Payment obligations are not met
Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee:
100% uptime
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Hosting environments may experience maintenance, outages, or disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickHosting.org and its operators shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data
Service interruptions
Lost profits or revenue
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service period.
All systems, infrastructure configurations, automation, branding, and website content are the property of BrickHosting.org.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any portion of our Services without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
